Job Description

As Shutdown Coordinator your main responsibilities will include

The successful delivery of the asset onshore co-ordination of the shutdown
Interface between engineering, maintenance, operations, inspection and metering on shutdown issues
Provide sound communication links between operations and engineering.
Ensure implementation of all shutdown work scopes are completed inline with the relevant schedule
Provide input where possible to engineering, maintenance and operations in the design, material procurement, fabrication for all shutdown work scopes
Liaise with materials controller to ensure material, plant & equipment is on track for delivery in line with the milestone timeline
First line challenge on all relevant workscopes
Ensure a manning matrix is in place at all times during the preparation and implementation phases of the shutdown
Participate in the development of the risk register (as required)
