Job Description

• Manage and oversee the preparation of schedules by all Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contractors and suppliers
• Monitor contractors' schedules
• Manage the activities and provide governance to all the EPC3 planners within the planning team
• Prepare schedule reports which include forecasts/outlooks
• Prepare, as required, schedules for parts of the Project where micro-management may be required
• Provide schedule support and schedule information to the Project Team as required
• Establish, maintain and report performance relative to Level 1 Summary Schedule and level II Project Management Control Schedule (PMCS) Project schedule baselines and project progress monitoring baseline
• Analyse schedule performance using control indicators such a progress, manpower, productivity, trends and carry out forecasting remaining work of level I summary schedule and level II PMCS
• Ensure Contractors schedules reflect the full scope of work and are correctly resource loaded
• Ensure Contractors follow and implement the coordination procedures
• Provide interpretation to management of the project planning and progress status and other schedules and progress information
• Provide support to all Project Teams as required
